Inspection Home A Scheduling

Available for inspections 6 days a week with inspection times starting 10am and 3pm. We do our best to accommodate the scheduling needs of our clients. A typical home inspection will take between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the the size of the property, the overall condition, age, and complexity of the systems.

Should I Attend The Inspection?

Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection and ask questions. Attending the inspection is a great way to learn about the home's systems and recommended maintenance. At the end of the inspection a comprehensive narrative report with photos will be prepared and delivered within 24 hours.

We inspect the structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology.

I encourage you to attend your inspection so that I can describe my process, explain my findings, point out important maintenance items, and answer all of your questions.
